CONTEMPORANEOUS EXAMPLE FOR COUNTRIES IN TRANSITION

RESUMO: Este artigo tem como escopo discutir o processo de
transição política da Espanha, na superação do regime autoritário para um regime
democrático. Consolidada, em meio a polarizações e conflitos de interesses, a
Monarquia Parlamentar foi instituída por uma reforma e efetivou-se mediante um
pacto constitucional, resultante de uma série de outros pactos preparatórios
para o grande consenso, realizado em Moncloa.

ABSTRACT: This article discusses the Spanish political transition, in overcoming the authoritarian regime by the democratic model. The consolidation of parliamentary monarchy in the light of the polarisations and conflicts of interest begun through reform and took effect through a constitutional pact. It was the result of a series of other agreements that were preparation for the final concensus that was sealed in Moncloa.
